I am officially bored of Quebec city; I wish i was back in Montreal - so many more different types of people and things (acutally, aside from the arcitecture and the frenchness and the simple overabundance of everything, it is very similar to edmonton).
Here in Quebec, there are three types of people: tourists (lots and lots, much like disneyland); locals who hate tourists; and really lonely people (who don't care that we can't communicate, they're just happy that someone is paying attention to them).
Alors!
Someone said to me today: "Dat zgeel Doo-sepp, ee as a big mawt"
Of course, you might understand, that I am a closet liberal-lover (social liberal, fiscally conservative :D). If only it weren't for that darn sponsorship bit - definately I am playing for the NDP (especially in Alberta) but secretly, I am rooting for Team Paul Martin. Though, earliar, a Tex-Mex called Greg commented that Canada was socially conservative but fiscally liberal - I donàt know what to make of that, but he did know his issues (unlike most albertans, who like to kthing of politics as some sort of hockey game, where you just pick a side and argue the party line). Alors, too much (unedited) writing in one sitting.
