Went to "Legends" last night with Tomak and Mariel to see "the Blue Gators". Gator himself is merely the drummer, and between you and me, he's not that good. Bill, the Basist, is your classic bassist: lurking in the shadows, but having a good time nontheless. However, it is Wayne, the guitarist, who really made the night worthwile. He is 28 years old, 87 lbs, has massive cataracs that prevent him from seeing anything rather than a swirl of colour (glasses do nothing for him), and a massive brain tumour preaching his immanent death. However, without the aid of any imagination whatsoever, it is safe to say that Wayne is the greatest guitar-player U have ever heard - either live or recorder. The man has a gift; it was a shame that there were oly three people in the bar willing to appreciate such a craftsman.
