On fate:

This morning, first thing, I read the paper. Or rather, I skipped straight to the classifieds (get a job day). However, before the job listings, there was the horror-scopes.

Sagittarius: Today you will feel really grown up; you have the ability
to get a lot done today - take advantage of it.

Though, this morning I didn't feel very ambitious for the day; the horoscope indeed proved worthwhile; I got four job interviews; I sold a trombone to Dickonsfield Jr. High School for $300; I went to a garage sale and some guy gave me a 1957 edition of Doctor Zhivago (however, I refuse to read it).

And, the day is half-done.
